Angel and her husband Ben are long-time North Delta residents who raised all three of their children, Marielle, Matthew and Mia in Delta. Angel’s real estate and financial planning track record offers clients the peace of mind of making sound decisions based on facts.
Angel also sees the buying or selling process as a team effort. The buyer, the seller, the realtors representing the parties, the mortgage broker(s), the inspector and the lawyers/notaries all have one goal: to sell the house. By establishing one goal, all the players in the transaction work towards the same goal giving way to a more amiable buying or selling experience for everyone involved.

Matthew Pelayo has been licensed 2022 but having parents who were both licensed realtors since 2002, he practically grew up around the industry! Matthew brings an eagerness to help, educate, and empower clients throughout the real estate journey whether selling, buying, or investing. Having a unique background in social services as well as church ministries, Matthew makes it a point to prioritize the felt needs of his clients and engage them with presence, patience, and compassion. He has been married to Mianna since 2021 and they call Surrey home & enjoy being fur parents to their mini-schnauzer Calvin.
When he is not meeting with clients or showing homes, he might be looking for new cuisine to try with Mianna, exercising, spending time with friends, taking Calvin to the dog park, or catching up with the latest episode of Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown! Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pastoral Leadership from Pacific Life Bible College and is also the associate Pastor at the Well Baptist Church in Port Coquitlam.
